health, teamwork, and school spirit.
Event Overview
The IPS School Race will be a family-friendly event focused on fitness and community engagement. The race can be held inside the school premises, with routes designed to
match the age and ability of the students.
We will manage every part of the event—from planning and setup to execution and
promotion.
What We Will Provide
1. Event Organization
- Full event planning and coordination
- Setup of start and finish line areas
- Route marking and safety management
- Race registration and timing coordination
- On-ground staff and volunteers for support
2. Race Categories
We can divide students by age group to make the event fair and fun. Example categories:- Under 6 years (short fun run)
- 7–9 years
- 10–12 years
- 13–15 years
